On June 16, 2026, the AgriSentinel team hosted a semi-structured stakeholder group consultation at the Mutasa District Development Coordinator's (DDC) office. The consultation included 13 representatives from regional administrative, security, and environmental authorities, including Agritex, the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP), ZIMPARKS, and the Environmental Management Agency (EMA).
Collaborative Alignment
The discussion confirmed year-round crop threats matching local crop rotations. Stakeholders stressed the need for robust anti-theft measures on the device itself and suggested integrating agricultural training modules and local weather guides into the companion app workflow. This workshop ensures our technical roadmap aligns with regional conservation policies and security protocols.
